Friday’s story about the state bill by Sen. Steve Hershey and Delegate Jay Jacobs to halt work on the Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP), the Bay cleanup program, contains a lot of disingenuous nonsense from these two lawmakers.
Their bill will, of course, die in committee, as it should, since it would illegally stop actions required by a federal court settlement in 2010...
